We design and manufacture many types of gas racks and manifolds that are both standard or hazardous-rated, crane lifting or forklift movable, they are manufactured for a wide range of applications. This includes frames for medical grade gas, industrial oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, hydrogen, helium acetylene, and LPG.

Gas Manifolds: 

Connect 6, 12, 16, 24 industrial gas cylinders together to give the customer 2 or more outlet points. ADF manufactures gas manifolds to all specific requirements following the required standards.

Gas Frames: 

ADF manufactures frames and stillages across the whole range of applications including frames for medical grade gas, industrial oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, hydrogen, helium and acetylene, and LPG. We can mass produce, but we can also do a small batch to a specific size and fit. We manufacture frames in many sizes from 6 to 24 cylinders. 

Trolleys: 

We build specialised trolleys that are sent to hospitals to transport liquid nitrogen.
We also build LPG trolleys that move 190 and 210 LT cylinders. They are completely powder coated, with the capacity to be fully sterilised.

Service Station Cages: 

Cages made to secure and easily transport gas cylinders at service stations.  

Custom equipment:

Being a small to medium sized manufacturing operation, we can custom build unique sets of smaller items with unique specifications, while also being able to produce these items on a mass scale.
